Making progress with Vision Zero! Thank you to the Town of West Hartford for installing a pedestrian light to improve safety at the Boulevard and Whiting Lane crosswalk, one block from an elementary school. Eugenia Yurovsky, age 89, was killed by a driver at this intersection in December 2022.
