The June 3 crash at the Farmington Avenue and Main Street intersection, which killed 61-year-old Hartford resident Bob O’Neal who was hit by a car while standing in the sidewalk, is still under investigation by the West Hartford Police Department. But the group, which is headed by Windsor Locks resident Spencer Early, is hoping the pair of white shoes and flowers affixed to a traffic pole above where pedestrians request a walk signal will serve as a memorial and a call to action…”
