Bike West Hartford welcomes this opportunity to advocate for our August 2022 recommendations, which are consistent with the July 25th WHPBC letter to the Town Engineering Division. We ask supporters to help us identify good examples of separate and fully protected 2-way multi-use paths that would be appropriate for this site, similar to those featured in the Two-Way Cycle Tracks section of the NATCO Urban Bikeway Design Guide. Announcement: The West Hartford Pedestrian and Bicycle Commission will hold a Special Meeting on Friday August 26, 2 PM, in Room 314 of Town Hall. The purpose of the meeting is to review the site plans for the New Park Avenue Complete Streets project with the Engineering Department staff.
