The Capitol Region Council of Governments (CRCOG) is developing a Priority Pathways Plan, a bicycle and pedestrian network and implementation plan for the 38 municipalities in the region. We encourage supporters to attend this public meeting and ask about the status of the $100k planning grant that the State of Connecticut awarded the Town of West Hartford in June 2024. The Tri-Point Greenway, if realized, will expand the Trout Brook Trail and create safer connections for walkers and bikers between Hartford, West Hartford, and Newington.
