Let’s work together to call on the Town of West Hartford to design safer streets in all neighborhoods. On Friday Nov 4th, a serious car crash at the corner of Fern Street and Walbridge Rd almost hit students waiting for the school bus. Since concerned residents such as Jay Stange and Mary Donegan have previously complained about this problem, “Fern Street Traffic Calming” was already on the agenda for the Town-appointed Pedestrian & Bicycle Commission meeting on Monday Nov 7th at 7pm at Elmwood Community Center Room 24.
