Congratulations to our neighbors in Wethersfield, Connecticut for launching hands-on bike education for all 4th graders during physical education classes in all five elementary schools! Their success is built on a partnership between the Wethersfield Police Athletic League, the Bike Walk Wethersfield non-profit organization, and the Wethersfield Public Schools. Bike West Hartford volunteers visited to see how it works and learn more from Detective Kevin Foster, President of the Wethersfield Police Athletic League, and Rob O’Connor from Bike Walk Wethersfield, as shown in this short video.
