Host a Watch Party of “The Street Project” by West Hartford filmmaker Jennifer Boyd

Get involved in the citizen-led fight for safer streets for pedestrians and cyclists! Host a watch party of “The Street Project” by filmmaker Jennifer Boyd, then discuss local action steps to share during the BikeWalkCT statewide zoom call on Feb 5th 2023.

Here’s how to host your own watch party of “The Street Project,” an inspiring video documentary about the global citizen-led fight to make our streets safer for pedestrians and cyclists. Choose your viewing date (before or on Feb 5th) and format (in-person or virtual), receive a free media kit and discussion guide, and invite people to come! Public screening licenses are available to CT hosts on a sliding scale ($25 to $250), with some financial assistance available by emailing bikewalkct@bikewalkct.org. After your watch party, discuss action steps to create safer streets in your community.

Sign-up on this form to tell us about your watch party and join our statewide Zoom call, co-hosted by BikeWalkCT and filmmaker Jennifer Boyd, on Sunday Feb 5th from 5-6pm. A representative from each watch party will be invited to share one action step your group agrees to take to create safer streets in 2023. Share common goals and strategize ways to work together across Connecticut!
