On Tuesday Dec 20th, a pedestrian was killed by a driver at the intersection of Boulevard and Whiting Lane in West Hartford. Ronni Newton from We-Ha.com reports that “This is the second major incident in West Hartford involving a vehicle and a pedestrian in the last few days. On Saturday, a pedestrian was transported to a local hospital with serious injuries after being hit by a vehicle on South Main Street near Memorial Road.”
